Our mission: to help improve the efficiency, timeliness, and quality of sanitation facility projects serving tribal homes.

Through innovative tools like public-facing dashboards and an internal project management hub—powered by data from IHS’s STARS and PDS systems, we’re helping visualize project phases, workflows, budgets, and milestones.



Our team is also collaborating closely with Navajo Area staff to:

• Streamline planning and design documentation
• Enhance data tracking processes
• Standardize cost submission templates for Engineering Service Providers (ESPs)
• Develop cost estimation tools
• Recommend strategies to accelerate project development
